People intend to build for eternity - but how long will the material last?

Construction was a simple response to a basic functional need for a controlled environment to moderate the effects of climate. Today it is a significant part of industrial culture producing a widely varied built environment to serve the diverse needs of humanity.

So far the estimated average lifespan of reinforced concrete has been 80-100 years.

By providing a revolutionary technology called PERFYCON®, we are creating a castable, load- bearing reinforced concrete with significantly higher durability, simplified usability, increased sustainability and wider range of potential application areas from building construction, through design and architecture to road and pavement structures.

THE ESSENCE OF THE INNOVATION

PERFYCON pioneers in reversing the direction of forces i.e. to convert the load on concrete in the tensioned zone from tension to compression, which it is known to resist well.

THE GAME CHANGER - STAREX

The worldwide patented Perfycon technology uses three-dimensional reinforcing elements made of specially folded steel wire, STAREX, which are mixed into the concrete, where they are distributed evenly in an organic way.
